SJM is the Jiyu Mill with improved disassembly and cleaning characteristics; it is a impact type pulverizer compliant to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). In response to disassembly of shaft seal part, it is compliant to operation which undergoes frequent grade changes.

Features

• Cross contamination caused by the construction material of the machine, can be prevented by separation of bearing and shaft seal part.
• Oilless type bearing with grease inclusion is used, therefore lubrication is not necessary.
• Shaft seal part can be disassembled and cleaned.
• Shaft seal part can be air-sealed by fixing with optional parts.
