From Purchase Order to Product Delivery

NARA contiues to develop technologies along with the market needs. Here are some commentaries to exlain the technology and application in trend by giving the examples of specific process:

STEP 01

Meeting / Discussion

To perfectly understand customer's requirement, the very detailed discussion before the test trials is essential. We are ready to sign Non Disclosure Agreement to protect customer's confidentiality.

Since the solution may not be limited to only one, we would like to have detailed discussion with customer to correctly understand what is the issue so as to select the optimal solution out of several choices. Our solution sometimes includes both equipment and software installation.

STEP 02

Test Trial

After the discussion, we conduct the test trial at our facility with raw material supplied by customer. The type/ size of test equipment varies, from pulverizer, dryer, heater, cooling system, mixer, granulator, and to surfacemodification equipment; or from small-scale labo machine to pilot-scale machine.

STEP 03

Design and Development

Based on the test result, we design the machine to meet customer's specification. Up/down process is also considered during the design work. There are some cases where new equipment is developed for customer's special request.

STEP 04

Purchase Order and Fabrication

The purchase order is issued when customer is satisfied with the specification by the test trial and by the flowsheet submission.
When the purchase order is received, the fabrication work starts with care in our factory.

STEP 05

Product Delivery

After the high quality is confirmed in FAT, the equipment is delivered to the customer's site. At the time of delivery, NARA can support installation work and commissioning by our supervisor for fee.

After-sales Service

To keep the product always in good condition, we offer maintenance service to be done by our technical staff. Also please contact us anytime for the advice to modification, relocation, or demolition of equipment when upgrading the plant.
