With understanding for the importance of protection of individual information, we comply with the related regulations. In terms of individual information (Name, Address, Telephone Number, and e-mail Addresses, etc.), we will deal with them properly as listed below.

1.Acquisition of individual information

We will acquire individual information appropriately without any impropriety. When we acquire individual information from our customer, we will specify the purpose of the individual information beforehand.

2.Use of individual information

We will use the individual information only for the following purposes.

• Information given on exhibitions, seminars, events, products and services
• Reply to the customer’s inquiries or questions
• Contacting companies for the purpose of asking about their products
• Contacting members of the groups or organizations where NARA belongs to
• Contacting applicants for recruiting purpose

In the case of using the individual information for purposes other than the above, we will get the person’s permission in beforehand. We may share the individual information with our affiliated company, Nara Machinery Sales Co., Ltd.

3.Protection of Individual Information

We will take necessary and appropriate measures for protection of individual information from leakage or loss.

4.Delegation of individual information

In case we delegate the part or all of individual information to the third party, we will strictly inspect and supervise the third party so that the delegated individual information is protected properly.

5.Providing individual information with the third party.

We do not provide any individual information to the third party without permission of individuals, otherwise described in regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law.

6.Disclosure and Amendment of Individual Information

If requested from the information holder to disclose the individual information of themselves, we will immediately disclose the information. If there is any mistake in the individual information and the person requested to amend, add, or delete that point, we will immediately confirm the mistake and take necessary actions.
If we cannot confirm that the contact person is the actual individual him or herself, we will not follow the request.
