Screw feeder is custom-designed individually according to the specifications for different powder transfer capacity and distance. Double screw feeder is a twin shaft feeder and can be utilized as a constant feeder and continuous mixer.

Features

• The twin shaft design features sector blades arranged in an overlapping structure, allowing the transfer of slurry which is adhesive and difficult to handle with standard screw feeders.
• The twin shaft design and overlapping structure offer high continuous mixing performance, making it suitable for applications such as mixing wet and dry powders or as a preliminary mixer for polymer compounds.
• The angle of sector rotary blades can be adjusted. The transfer capacity can be controlled by changing the angle (pitch) even at high-speed rotation.
