Cage Mill (CM)

Cage Mill is a disintegrator to disintegrate agglomerate with cage-type rotor and stator and disperse the agglomerate. It is designed so as to make cleaning and maintenance easy by sliding the rotor with slide rail.

Application Examples
- It is used as a process disintegrator in various plants.
- When it is used as a disintegrator for a pneumatic dryer, the volumetric heat transfer coefficient (6-12 kW/m3·K) is higher, and the drying duct is shorter.
- Dispersion of various polymers dehydrated cakes, grinding of chemical fertilizers such as ammonium sulfate and ammonium chloride, disintegration of copper mineral.
