Excellent Mill is a pin/blade type impact mill which crushes particles by impact of pin rotor.
It is designed to be utilized inside GloveBox/Isolator.
It prevents operators from exposure to highly potent active pharmaceutical ingredients by crushing such substances in a contained environment.

Features

• GMP compliant (equivalent to our Super Clean Mill), Double Gas Seal structure (patent) corresponding to high potency pharmaceuticals, direct drive (non-belt drive), contamination-free structure with separated bearing (non-greasing type) structure, shaft seal structure corresponding to SIP
• All the parts are glove-friendly design, and it requires no tools for assembly/disassembly
• Equipped with safety devices including proximity sensor and door lock cylinder (air-actuated)
• Corresponding to SIP, and can be used in the sterile isolator
