Mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in one vessel. We have lineups of pharma type suitable for GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, heavy-duty type suitable for a wide range of materials, and laboratory type suitable for R&D. Uniform mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in a short time, and a dense spherical granules (100μm～3mm) are obtained.
Features
- Automatic cleaning line for the shaft seal part can be introduced. The main agitating blade and granulating blade can be disassembled and removed in a short time.
- Easily cleaned and suitable for GMP. We have lots of experience on handling validation.
- CIP（Cleaning In Place）, SIP（Sterilization In Place） services are available.
- Abrasion resistance and adhesion-free measures are available.
- Special air-seal (product contamination control) is employed at the shaft seal part.
