Rotary Valve (RV)
Product Outline
Rotary Valve allows processed materials to pass through while sealing the midway of a process equipment inlet and outlet.
The processed materials fed from the top of the valve are filled at each partitioned compartment of the rotating rotor at low speed successively and discharged to the bottom of the valve by rotor's rotation.
There is a beveled opening at the bottom of the valve to continuously discharge the processed materials leaking into the clearance between the rotor's side plate and side bracket from clogging.
The clearance between the rotor and casing will be determined based on the type and temperature of processed materials before manufacturing.
Features
- Feeding capacity can be easily changed by adjusting rotation speed
- It is quantitative
- It has a certain degree of airtightness
- It is small-sized considering its processing capability, making it easy to determine the installation location
- The structure is simple, making maintenance, inspection, disassembly, and repair easy
- RV-P (pellet) type is designed to prevent the processed materials being jammed, making it ideal for processing granule products
