Nara Mixer and Granulator (NMG)

Product Outline

Mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in one vessel. We have lineups of pharma type suitable for GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, heavy-duty type suitable for a wide range of materials, and laboratory type suitable for R&D. Uniform mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in a short time, and a dense spherical granules (100μm〜3mm) are obtained.

Features

  • Automatic cleaning line for the shaft seal part can be introduced. The main agitating blade and granulating blade can be disassembled and removed in a short time.
  • Easily cleaned and suitable for GMP. We have lots of experience on handling validation.
  • CIP（Cleaning In Place）, SIP（Sterilization In Place） services are available.
  • Abrasion resistance and adhesion-free measures are available.
  • Special air-seal (product contamination control) is employed at the shaft seal part.
