Filter Dryer

Product Outline

Filter Dryer is a dryer to obtain dried powder from slurry condition, by highly pressurized filtration and drying processes in a vacuumed condition. By mounting a glove box at the discharge of the Filter Dryer, the dried powder is discharged under complete containment to protect the operator.

Can be combined with a glove box at the discharge of the Filter Dryer.
By mounting split buttery valves to the glove box at the discharge, handling in a containment condition is possible.

Features

Complete wet down is possible by the CIP System.
High efficient heat-exchanging by a full jacket structure.
Reflux cleaning is available.
Crystals with high purity can be obtained by making a slurry from the dried material again.
