Product OutlineThe wide range of process application is available from rough grinding to fine milling. Optimum grinding is achieved by four different rotor designs; equipped with Swing Hammer, Chip Hammer, Saw Blade or High-speed Hammer.
You can also select various parts combination including inlet chute, shaft seal, screen and grate screen based on your own specification. It can scale up for large capacity. Application

Swing Hammer smashes the material with strong impact force. |

Chip Hammer chops the material with impact force and shear force. The special stator creates a strong speed difference between the raw material and the rotor, which keeps the raw material to receive the impact force and shear force. |

ySaw Bladez
Saw Blade creates powerful shearing force with sharp blades to crush the fibrous raw material. By optimized installation of the saw blade plates, raw material can go through faster than before, making better process capacity. |

yHigh-speed Hammerz
Hammer rotates at a high speed. The turbulence is created from the outermost periphery and by the shape of the stator. Fine crushing is achieved by the relative speed difference of collision between the raw material and the hammer. |
