Polvo Gene(PG)

Product Outline

It is an air impact type classifying mill. "The know-how of milling" of NARA has been introduced for efficient milling with product temperature control and the high throughput capacity. It can be applied to a wide range of particle size from fine milling as in jet mills, up to several hundred microns with the combination of the classifier.

Features

It is possible to have a wide range of air volume (compared with our New Cosmomizer) by combining the milling section and the classification section which the rotation is controlled separately.
It can be applied to a wide range of particle size from fine milling as in jet mills, up to several hundred microns, without severe temperature rise.
Disassembling, cleaning, and maintenance of the powder contact parts are easy and it corresponds to the GMP specification, and it is a user-friendly structural design.

Productions of rice powders with low starch damage and particle size down to 10 microns is possible.
Milling of food or chemicals with low heat resistance can be milled by using low temperature air of -10 degree C.
Milling and drying of food and chemicals is possible by introducing hot air.
