Product Outline

It is an air impact type classifying mill. "The know-how of milling" of NARA has been introduced for efficient milling with product temperature control and the high throughput capacity. It can be applied to a wide range of particle size from fine milling as in jet mills, up to several hundred microns with the combination of the classifier.

Features

  • It is possible to have a wide range of air volume (compared with our New Cosmomizer) by combining the milling section and the classification section which the rotation is controlled separately.
  • It can be applied to a wide range of particle size from fine milling as in jet mills, up to several hundred microns, without severe temperature rise.
  • Disassembling, cleaning, and maintenance of the powder contact parts are easy and it corresponds to the GMP specification, and it is a user-friendly structural design.

  • Productions of rice powders with low starch damage and particle size down to 10 microns is possible.
  • Milling of food or chemicals with low heat resistance can be milled by using low temperature air of -10 degree C.
