ML can be used for mechanochemical processing, preparation of composite materials, precise mixing, or mechanical alloying, by applying compression and shear force to the powder materials. For electroceramics materials, well crystallized fine particles can be prepared by solid-state reaction at lower calcinations temperatures, thus suppressing particle growth, by the mechanochemical effect. It can also be applied for amourphisizaton of poorly soluble drug to enhance the solubility. It is also possible to precisely mix agglomerated fine particles uniformly.
