Flash Dryer (FD)

Product Outline

The Pneumatic Dryer is a dryer, where active heat exchange is generated by large quantity of gas, and simultaneously transports the processed materials. It is suitable for drying materials with high moisture content in the constant-rate drying zone. High temperature drying gas is blown into the pneumatic duct, where material is continuously fed, dried, and transported. The processed material is separated from the exhaust gas and collected via cyclone or bag filter. For dispersion of the material, deagglomeration equipment (Cage Mill) or scatter is used.

Synthetic resin (ABS resin, Acrylic resin, Cellulose), Primary Processing of Fluidized Bed Dryer, Pharmaceutical, etc.
By-products (by-product salt, by-product aluminum hydroxide, wine lees), Waste material (coarse milled newspaper & used paper), Chemical agent (calcium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, etc.), Foodstuffs (immersed rice, food additive, etc.)

Features

The heat capacity coefficient is very large and the thermal efficiency is extremely high in the constant-rate drying zone.
With combined usage of cage mill, a further high thermal efficiency can be obtained simultaneously with dispersion.
As high temperature and large quantity of gas can be used, a great heat exchange can be obtained.
The processed material is accompanied with the gas, so drying and transportation can be performed at same time.
Especially applicable for primary drying of the material containing high moisture.
