Newly improved Hybridization System

Itfs been more than 35 years since Nara Hybridization System (NHS) was born in the world.
It is the technology to create composite particles in dry process by using a new system of ghigh-speed air flow impact methodh.
NHS has been used by many customers and constantly improved to meet the various industry specifications to date.
For example,
EPowder contact area made of ceramics for abrasive materials
ECompounding particles under inert gas ambient
EPharma spec. for strict GMP requirement
EBetter yield ratio by improved shaft seal structure
E10-bar pressure proof against instantaneous pressure rise
ELiquid spray coating for dry process compounding
Those variations are all invented and realized by seriously facing the customerfs issue and looking for the solution.

Among all, the biggest request from customers were to manufacture big size NHS for mass processing.

Historically NHS used to satisfy the high value or value-added industry. The small size equipment was good and enough for them. Everybody took it granted that making big size NHS was difficult. There was not so many customers who bought the big size NHS.

The new NHS has double process capacity with same foot print area as before.
The yield ratio becomes better by reviewing existing configuration.
The new improvement is made as follows:
  Capacity becomes double
  Less dead space by improved door structure. Better product collection ratio.
  New recycle pipe design for smoother particle circulation
  Optimized discharge line makes discharge time shorter (one half time compared to the previous model)
