Granulating process by Nebulasizer

Conventional granulating process
Conventionally, the granulating process takes the step of granulation, drying, then sieving and classification.
Some granules bigger or smaller than the target size are sent back to the mill and granulated againiFigure 1).
In that process, the yield ratio of target particle size is usually low. The low yield ratio of classifying process influences greatly the total running cost.

Granulating process by sizing machine
By introducing the sizing process between granulating and drying, it is possible to control bigger granules to target particle size without making dust powder. Thus, the yield ratio of target size product is increased, and the amount of material required to be sent back to granulation process is decreased.
Our Nebulasizer has no screen. Material sizing is made by the clearance between the rotor and fixed sizing stator. No screen means no clogging in the screen or no contamination by damaged screen.
Consequently, you can expect the less expensive initial cost by installing smaller sized plant equipment. You can save your running cost by reducing power and steam consumption.
Nebulasizer also contributes to your risk management policy from contamination prevention point of view.



Plant for making rice flour
As one of the recent marketing approaches to increase rice consumption, there is a promotion to expand rice flour related products. Nebulasizer is used for those who build rice flour making plants.
In the rice flour plant, it is important to mill rice grains without damaging the starch inside of rice grains.
Because when baking soft and delicious bread from rice flour, the starch of rice flour should be little damaged. The damage of starch is caused by the heat generated during rice milling process.
Therefore, if the rice grains are somewhat down sized in the pre-milling process, the less heat generated during the milling process, the less damage to the starch.
Nebulasizer which has no screen and can process materials consecutively is suitable for the primary crushing process in rice flour plant.
